Executive Director Steven Lucarelli, CEO Provides Substance Abuse Treatment Services for the Northern California Area

Currently the Executive Director of VOTC, Inc. (d.b.a. Visions Of The Cross), Mr. Lucarelli, CADC-CS, received his educational training from the Association of Christian Alcohol and Drug Counselors, the Breining Institute, the California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources, and the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals. Along with his wife, Tammara, Mr. Lucarelli established VOTC, Inc. in 2000, and has nearly two decades of experience in his field. Visions Of The Cross’ areas of expertise include residential treatment, trauma-informed care, perinatal treatment, outpatient and intensive outpatient services, and providing sober living programs for men and women.
